Refusing to pay for Tyre insurance and failing to provide voice recordings.
i joined IEMAS insurance in 2017 and also took Tyre insurance, now my car is having tyres problems after i hit a porthole during a rainy day. I have put a claim to my insurance and they want me to pay half and they pay half. The paying half its not in their contract and i have requested the voice recording of the time i took the tyre insurance for a period of six (6) weeks the voice recording is not provided.
