Refund, poor and *********** service from consultants

I cancelled my policy the 1st of this month and I was told it has been cancelled however there is a refund am supposed to get I then asked the consultant I was liaising with on the email when is the refund due she then respond its due on the 10/11/2022. I waited and on the 14th I called to check the process of refund an agent informed me the refund is still in process and I noted that down and the guy told me if I don't get the money yesterday I must call today the 15th and I did I spoke to Stella Mbatha she then told me my refund is no longer due now but on the 10th of December but why? giving clients false hope and inaccurate information . I have all this info on my email I cannot wait for December I have already planned things with the money. please process my refund I don't want anything to do with you guys period. on top of that your consultants are so incomplete you dint don't clients wrong information especially if it involves money so I want my money to be refunded now.
