Refund never happend,poor service

I canceld my insurace in Jan 2023.i filed and send all needed documents to them.it was never stoped as reqested.they stil deducted from my acc and i strugled to get hold of them for a while to find out why this is hapening.imas then responded on the 17th of march to say they wil refund me the 3 months.this also hasnt been done and no feedback from imas at all.very poor service.i have been i client there for 11 years now.wil.never use imas again and as far as i go i wil.advertise the service i got from imas until proven wrongly my imas contacting me.
