Refund from rewards not resolved

I have submitted the documents for withdrawal for membership of rewards on the 15th December 2021 and send email again on the 28th to find out of when the payment it's going to be made or is there any missing documents. I got no reply. I have sent numerous email on daily base and I have made calls, and I would be put on hold with no answer and asked to dial 1 for call back still nothing. I have sent email to complains department still nothing is happening.
