Refund for double charges

In the month of December 2015 IEMAS made a double installment charge on my payslip and i did sent them the notification to rectify and the lady by the name of Retha Nel who assisted me in the vehicle finance did sent an email to two people who who were suppose to rectify or refund me the other money and now it has been over 3 weeks since I have been waiting for this refund. <br> <br> This is unacceptable and uncold for since i took my time and went to the Secunda branch and the guy by the name or Vusi or whatever his name is said he will sort this out on the 23 rd of December. Even today I'm still waiting.
