Refund

I took a policy with IEMAS then decided to cancel it before they started deducting but the proceeded for 2 months with me trying to get to them to cancel it but they ddnt up until I wrote a review on Hello Peter then 2 months later they refunded me 1 month premium and when I ask a consultant she told me that I will get the other premium the next month which was November and I got a call from a lady asking for my bank statement then I referred her to their consultant because it puzzled me that they are asking for my bank statement yet they managed to pay the 1 month premium into my account,then now we r back to it again cause I have been sending emails regarding an outstanding premium no one is responding hence I opted to this platform again,I wonder if they ignore their clients like this always and how much more about claims if they do this to a small amount of money...I am not happy at all with IEMAS
