Refund

My name is bongani sibiya I have a problem with iemas, they financed my and I recently settled it last month before the 14th but yet debited the installment same month, ever since called them before 25th June for refund and fikile assisted me with the forms for refund its now the 3rd week and yet no refund made. I called the several times and told that they were busy with it at the refund department till today nothing.....
