Refund

Hello peter i write this because am angry at this financial services called iemas because in November they deducted the car installment double now when i inform them about the situation that i need a refund they requested i sent my salary advice that shows that indeed it was a double deduction and also my payslip iemas installment is named as LOANS, i did that immediately after i called the lady called Nomhle from headoffice of Iemas in Cape Town, she then later called me to tell me that i must send the prove that will show that indeed the loans that appears on my salary advice is the car that was financed by them so i asked at the HR Office to help they wrote the letter that confirms that its the iemas installment since then no one has ever called me and when i call the Nomhle again her number doesnt go through and i sent her an email but still no response..

I really need your help because i didnt pay my bills in November b3cause iemas double the installment.
