R50 deduction
I have been asking them what is the R50 that they are deducting from my account since June 2021 .. I was told that it will be canceled but it's still continuing. And causing me unnecessary bank charges . I do not have an insurance with them. I want that to be canceled with immediate effect ! I have called and called .

08 Feb 2022, 05:52Iemas. Weeks later . No one has ever contacted me. That 50 is costing me R200 with bank charges. You are *********. If you dare deduct it again on the 25th .... you will pay me all my bank charges. Cause all I want to know now is what is it for ? And for it to stop.
