Poor service from postmasburg branch!!@!

Bitterly disappointed with the service rendered by Anthea at your postmasburg branch. She is rude and no manner of approach,she treats customers like dirt and behaves as if she is doing you a favor, when you ask clarifying questions, she snaps. This person reflects badly on your business, and gives a negative view of what your company is about. Please sort her out,and would like feedback regarding what steps will be taken to correct this.
