poor service

we ask them on the 3 January 2019 to paid out our bonus they ask a reason we reply to paid for my daugthers wedding we must wait 4-6 week. its now week 5 nobody answer my emails or facebook messangers and the phone is just ringing we need that money now we paid the last things with my salary. why must you wait 6 weeks for your money they took their money on paiad day or did someone stole that money member nr **********
