Poor seervice ever

I have never in my life experienced such bad service. I have been with IEMAS (#Iemas) underwritten by HOllard for more than 3 years. i submitted a claim from 10 Nov its beena month today, no one gives you any feedback even when you call or email no responce. my claim is still not finalized. yet the deductions have been submitted for december. but i'm sitting with out a resonse or a car. the claims process with them is the worst.
