Poor customer service
I recently took out insurance with IEMAS and am already regretting this.
Poor service - have been sending documents to me since 2 weeks ago. I'm still waiting every time I call Im told same rehe****d story, you will get it in 3 mins - No customer care - phones don't get answered if they do its one dept to another Empty promises
I'm pulling out soon
