POOR COMMUNICATION - ITS A JOKE!!!

Utterly disappointed with the service received. No sense of urgency, Poor communication and quite frankly an "I dont care attitude " from everyone I have spoken to.

It took me a whole 10 days to get IMAS to give me any information regarding vehicle finance, when they did give some vague replies, I had to constantly follow up - very frustrating. Now I am being sent from pillar to post, just to get them to deduct the first installment, I mean so much running around and still no help, just so you can get to deduct YOUR MONEY ? Next thing is that you'll will want to run a double deduction ? I have phoned, sent emails the works, NO HELP WHATSOEVER! YOU CAN REST ASSURED THAT I AM MOVING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
