17 Apr 2019, 12:53I've been paying this account yet the balance has been increasing rather than increasing; it is true that am paying a small amount due to affordability.If i had money i was going to request for a settlement but at the moment if it was possible i would request for a fix balance so i can see that when i pay R300 it is decreased from the balance.
