Pathetic service from Iemas

There service is absolutely Zero, I have been with them over 40 years and have never changed my banking details yet every year they ask me for my ID and banking details only after I made enquiry details of my annual bonus, I went in personally completed all the forms and gave them all the information and they said it was fine and I would be paid within a week yet two weeks later they ask for more information, they don't seem to know what they are doing! They create the impression they are trying to make it as difficult as possible for you to claim your bonus so that they can keep it as long as possible. It is now almost February and I have still not received my November 2023 bonus, what a disgrace! How can you run a business like that, I also have not had any notification from them about the bonus?
