PATHETIC SERVICE

Very unprofessional and disappointing service from Iemas. They have recorded a missed payment on my account and credit report although no payments was missed.

I changed jobs and after informing them in writing they still neglected to update my debit order. I will never in my entire life ever use them as a financial service provider.

Does not matter who you deal with trying to resolve this matter it seems like they either do not want to assist or they are to tired to assist.
