I made it very clear that the money was to release a body for burial the 20th. To cut the long story short, the 18th you give me a call to tell me you couldn’t pay out in time and that should you still go ahead with the payout. ****ed as hell, I asked you to hold up on the payout as I wanted to enquire with my bank. My bank cane though for me and I got the funding from my bank immediately. I called you back to cancel my the loan and was told it was cancelled. Beginning of the nightmare ... 22 April 2019 I log onto my credit bureau to my surprise to find a loan in your Iemas. I called you to be a old the loan was paid out. WHY DID TOU CALL IN THE FIRST PALCE TO ASK FOR PAYOUT???? At this stage nobody knows where the money had gone to cos I certainly didn’t have it. Asked you to cancel the accounts with the bureaus and you refused cos you didn’t know where money is. The evening of the 23 April the money lands in my account, 72hrs LATER THE FUNERAL!!! Paid it back the morning of the 24th. 26th I called for a settlement letter, and a f***n idiot promised the letter before 2pm same day. The 29th I called again to demand the letter ... only got it the 30th April. NOW I HAVE TO SORT OUT THE ITC MESS YOUR INCOMPETENCE PUT ME!!! I SINCERELY LOATHE YOU AND WISH YOU BAD FORTUNE!!!
