Pathetic Response to say the least

<p>It is with complete and utter disgust that i write this email. <br />After posting a brief complaint on Hello Peter concerning my natis papers and the blatent disregard from Iemas staff members regarding my request for settlement and natis. I was pleasently surprised to recieve a call back from Rahul who was prompt with assistance.Much to my dismay Lee calls me after i requested on numerous occasions for him and others to give me a settlement figure; today-after my Hellopeter complaint- He decides to call me; with STILL NO VIABLE explanation or settlement; but instead to THREATEN me with legal action!!!! This after every attempt to get answers as well as a settlement from Iemas. ALL communication with Iemas thus far had been intiated by myself. For Seven years this account has been doormant and then Lee has the decency to THREATEN me.<br />I refuse to speak to Lee or anyone else other than Johan Nel.This is blatant disregard to my consumer right and i refuse to entertain it any further can i kindly have my settlement and natis.<br />RegardsRomaine Roberts ********** </p> <p> </p>
