Not Happy with Response

To whom it may concern.

I have stipulated on a number of emails about my outstanding refunds for other months. I received only 3 thus far.

I have since been on a extended sick leave on the 10 of June 2021 to date with no salary in the July month and other months when I received my minimum benefit.

There are instalments from June, July, August, September, October to date (5 months) that have been paid and not one missed during this period. How come I only received 3 refunds only?

Please urgently look into as I cannot stress about the frustration and the distress this is causing with not getting clarity on how go in accordance. I have been misled enough already. Please attend to it and refund me the months accordingly.
