Not different from ****mers at all

I took R80000 loan with them in December 2023, it's now 11 months and December will be a full year with the account. It does not move at all, I tried to come up with means to get it moving but they've a lot of things to say working in their favor and digging their customers deeper into the grave... The loan is now at R74000, only R6000 difference for the whole year. I won't advice anyone to take any credit with you.
