Not all my 3rd parties

hi<br> <br> I recently took out a debt consolidation loan from Iemas, the loan was approved. the arrangement was that 3 of my 3rd parties (debts) will be paid and I will get the balance. I received the balance but only 2 of the 3rd parties was paid. I am currently in arrears with the 3rd one.<br> <br> I am very upset that this happened because I am getting endless calls from them asking for their money. I need someone to contact me please.<br> <br> I have sent emails and I was told to speak to my consultant, which is on leave and will only returnon the 18th January. I cannot wait till then, I want this sorted immediately.<br> <br> How can they pay 2 of my accounts and not the other one, where did the other money go to.<br> <br> Please this is very urgent,I have been in contact with the branch, but they are short staff and takes forever to let me know the situation.
