No response no update on my member fund refund

Iemas Reserve Fund - ***<br> <br> I sent my documents 21st January 2016 for my fund to be paid. I have not heard anything from them. I try to follow up [Email Removed] , response was that \I must follow up with HEADOFFICE. How do I know Headoffice contacts?? Never mind I found a number on internet *** , no one is picking up, called 20 times. <br> <br> What is this ? what kind of service is this now. Can someone just give me a proper response on the status of this. I need the money urgently to pay for my car major service. PLEASE. "
