Need help from imas. Emails not answered or returned undeliverable

I have sent 2 emails since June 1 to imas in connection with my problem as stated below.

I didn't get any feedback. Today I sent the same mail again and it came back undelivered by the ***.

Hopefully the relevant people would get the message here and assist me:

I was referred to this email address to request assistance with payment.

Currently I am in financial distress particularly due to the excessive rise in the interest rate of recent.

My budget isn't working out at the moment and I suddenly cannot cover all my debt.

My bond and my car finance escalated l, as well as other commitments and debts like personal loans, credit card, etc.

I cannot make ends meet at the moment.

Where I had R4000 left after all my deductions and commitments in 2021, I now suddenly find myself in a situation that I am left without any money left over and cannot cover all my debt and necessities.

I hereby ask for any assistance that may reduce my monthly payments for a while until I get back on my feet again, and hopefully the interest rates go down again soon.

If there is any way, please assist me. I really don't want to consider debt review as an option.

I wish I could get a consolidation loan to pay off all my other debts so I could only pay one payment with one interested rate. That would help a lot, but banks would approve this because they say I'm currently over indebted. (Which doesn't make sense because this is the very reason for consolidation to improve the over indebtedness)
