Refusing to supply me the Natis Document. I am very frustrated with this company who are refusing to supply me with the Natis papers. I don't owe this company a cent and I want the original Natis document so I can register the car on my name. I am waiting now more than two weeks my emails go unanswered. Please assist where I can file a formal complaint.
