Misunderstood complain

<p>i wrote about the service at sasolburg branch , but the hassle after the approval of the loan... the lady @ iemas sasolburg helped with gratitude and she was also frustrated. I didn't experience any issues at the sasolburg branch. The service was exceptional its only after the approval that other stuff were requested.. that was my only issue </p>
