membership termination and payout
how do I know that my membership termination documents were received and processed? I was told that I will get an automated responses..its been a week now and I haven't received anything.when can I expect payout of benefits. please advice.

17 Dec 2019, 14:443 weeks and still nothing from you.i still don't have a clue if my termination has been processed for all we know I could be waiting for nothing.please advice..i have been calling the helpline without any success.i am even thinking of seeking 3rd party intervention because seems like iemas doesn't take people seriously..id number *** 086..i don't want an automated reply please.
