Membership Reinstatement

Thank you for the prescribed letters as rectification of your collection agent's contravention of Section 126B on behalf of IEMAS.

Kindly take note that these prescription letters only resolve number 1 of my complaint and challenge as reproduced below:

1. Please send me a letter of prescription as these loan accounts expired 15 years ago. 2. In my understanding these are not membership fees but a loan (credit). Kindly quote me a section of the IEMAS constitution on which rejection of my membership reinstatement is based. I am still seeking advice of what must I do for my membership to be reinstated.

Kindly respond to number 2 above. In our telephonic conversation of the 26th January 2022 your collection agent said that she is not reinstating my membership due to loan amounts that are I owe, to which I raised the defense and challenge of prescription. She further **** about me in the settlement letters claiming that I requested settlement letters which were then forwarded to me yesterday the 27th January 2022. Please take note that in those letters she referred to me as a Member.

By forwarding the letters of prescription she, of her own accord rendered her refusal to reinstate legally null and void.

Please reinstate my membership.
