Loan settled. No discount/ rebate

Settling my loan long before contract ended. Still they deduct my installment from my salary. Now I have to wait until the money reflects on their side. Absolutely NO discount on settling the loan before the contract ends, no they rather penalize you!!!! NEVER AGAIN!
