Loan Application Outcome

I app**** for a consolidation loan in the beginning of the year which were rejected due to my current loans were too high. I totally understood their decision. I app**** again a week ago and it was rejected again, saying that i have too many loans in arrears. My problem is why did they not tell me in the beginning of the year this also. My current loans is half of what I owed in the beginning of the year. I have struggled for more than a day to get these settlement letters so that I can have proof that the amount is far lower than before.

I have no problem with the consultant, my problem is with the admin who does the capturing, they should have said this in the beginning of the year as well and not waste my time trying to apply again.

Due to the covid a lot of people lost their jobs and also did not work full-time. I think they should take this into consideration why people are in arrears with their loans. It is not only that they do not want to pay. This is so frustrating.
