LIFE COVER

Can you kindly assist me in this matter, i took loan and vehicle loans and got retreched from my employment both loans where covered by life credit insurance.It happen that i app**** for a loan at Nedbank to cover my other debits, My loan from Imas was paid up from that loan and i don't know how as it was covered by the insurance .When making calculations that loan was suppose to be paid after the 12months cycle. I called several times and at some point Ntobenhle Dlamini **** to me and said it is state on the contract that when i get money or get employed i was suppose to continue with payments. I requested that contract again and nothing of that kind .I feel Imas *****ed me by taking money for that loan knowing very much that they were not suppose.I NEED CLARITY ON THIS MATTER
