Lies

I have had a loan with Iemas for the past few years and were almost done with my loan period but in December 2014 I took an extra amount on the loan I currently have with them, when me and Tania spoke over the phone she I asked her whether my period of the outstanding months will stay the same or change, she confirmed that the outstanding months will remain the same and that my monthly premium will go up, guess what she ****, my premium went up and the contract reverted back to 33 months instead of the 6 months I had left, I am very unhappy about this and can't believe they would lie to people about this kind of thing.
