Just pay me back.

In February my balance on my loan was R700 but March you took more than R2000..I spoke to Debbie Jooste who confirmed she can see the error, sent me a refund for with a supposed 48 hour ETA. Have I received my refund? No Today I call and the consultant (stupid me I didn't take his name) who claimed o still owe R1400.. can I please just get my refund before I report this matter to my legal team. I don't have time for your consultants who don't know what they are doing. Where did he get the R1400 outstanding? And you can't tell me it's a mistake that I should be refunded because even my January payslip reflected a balance lower than R2000.. give back my money please. Stop sending me from pillar to post. You keep taking my number promising to call me back but never bother to do so. I even emailed manager Nicolene Van Tonder but seemingly She's also not interested in customer experience.
