Insurance company not performing
I had a theft on 30/4/2015. Did all the quotes and reports. Innovation inspected on 6/5/2015 and submitted report on 15/5/2015 to insurer. Since then nothing. All calls to insurer states waiting for Mutual and Federal. It has been two months since theft ans still no response from Iemas. Please assist.
