iMasFinance

I have 3 Financial products from iMasFinance with one of them being a short term insurance and they are taking money from my payslip so there is no doubt they get their money on a monthly basis as agreed to the contract terms, but yesterday my car had a tire burst and unfortunately the car I drive does not come with a spare wheel, I left the car at the fuel station cause I was rushing to work and took uber, I then decided I'll use my lunch hour to sort the car issue, I call my insurance broker(iMasFinace) to assist and they assured the tow truck will arrive in 40 minutes, I was happy cause it is within my lunch hour and I could do everything with the tow on time, but an hour and a half went by without any help, I then decided I should call iMasFinance to check what is going on and they advise I should check with Old Mutual, I calledold mutual which I think I should not do but iMasFinance should, now things took a turn when old mutual told me my policy is indicates inactive, we went back and forth with several consultants about this until I reached a point of asking who am I paying and who is supposed to render services to me between Old Mutual and iMasFinance, it was picked up that it is iMasFinance. They made me stood there at the fuel station for 5 clean hours and have put my job on the line because of their negligence and unprofessional service. To anyone consuming their services please be careful and I'm completely moving away from them. I have asked for all the recording to take them to the ombuds and my lawyers.
