Imas Worst financial institution

Imas took my study loan to the attorneys. With no knowledge of a collection call . No statement received you don’t know what is your balance the loan has no contract number so when you make a payment towards it you use your other products ref no. You will receive calls from they finance department asking you what is the extra payment for. A manager Caroline Olesby gave herself the task to make sure that every ex employer of imas legal action must be taken against them without following proper protocols. You sent her proof of payment she doesn’t respond , you sent her email she doesn’t respond . We were paying a study levy which was debited on our payslips everymonth towards this student loan . I settled my personal and I was due a refund they told me they are transferring it to the study loan how sure am I that it was transferred where do the payments we make go. Caroline is the only person who has access and makes the decisions she is the worse Manager to come across not professional at all. I need an answer from Imas as this loan doesn’t even appear on they system.
