IMAS sucks

IMAS accounting and monthly statements are of the poorest standard I ever came across. Additional payments made before statement dates only reflect one month later. Trying their contact numbers on the statement or on Google is met with an automated reply - number does not exist.... Trying their WhatsApp line to "chat" to a consultant is equally bad - took more than an hour and 58 text messages to get a settlement balance - WITHOUT SUCCESS. Trying the local branch manager who is seemingly very apologetic and concerned about the poor service proof to be just as useless as the rest of the company. Still deducting monthly installments even though the financing agreement is settled.
