Imas Purchase card dept is Very ***********

Hi, I'm Mateboho Ndumo (***)(***)and I have a complain with Imas Purchase card, normally before I make a purchase, I phone Imas to confirm my credit, Today they told me that I can buy for R900 on straight and on Budget, I went to garage to put petrol for R300, guess what! It Declines, they tried more than 3 times to swipe but it declines, it's not the first I experienced this problem, it happens more often lately, then when I make follow up they will tell me Imas was offline, they don't even send sms or any form of communication to make us aware when they are offline. I want to know why my card Declined today while I have enough credit available? I'm going to make sure the world knows about your incompetency. You can't keep on embarrassing us in front of the cashiers and get away with it.
