Imas Postmasburg Agents Service is Terrible!

I bought my car through Imas so I thought making a personal loan will be better than going to another financial institution.

So I app**** for a loan. A loan that has been taking 3 weeks.

I went to Imas Postmasburg and was met by Tebogo Mokwele. Boy do I regret it. The service is poor. Poor is actually an understatement to the service I received

He never took time to sit down and listen to what I was requesting, so the loan got declined that was Friday [22 February 2025]

Monday I go back, the loan gets resubmitted due to issues on the system. Which is understandable but Tebogo never took the time to let me the client know.

So we had to resubmit it for a third time after he had lost my bank statements, id copy and proof of employment that I had to give to him again.

Thursday[28 February 2025] I sign the contract it's been approved. Which is great news, it's today Monday [03 March 2025] I haven't received any of it and calling Tebogo doesn't give me any answers to my questions

Numerous times he left the office building unattended or he would buy ice cream and eat it while supposed to help me.

Now I'm stuck, not knowing what's going on cause I signed the contact but haven't received the money and the agent supposed to help is unprofessional and can't assist clients!!!
