Imas Insurance Brokers Nightmare

I'm so disappointed in the service I am receiving from Imas Insurance Brokers. After being a client for the past two + years, I am trading in my vehicle for another vehicle, and want to continue my insurance with them for the new vehicle, but I am met with extreme incompetency and unprofessionalism. Figures keep changing after I have been sent a quote. Also I keep on being promised a callback to finalize, and just end up having to call them, and waiting for 20+ minutes before I get through to someone. Its been a two day journey of utter annoyance and unprofessionalism.

When I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes, still not to get through to anyone.

Trevor Tlhogane, needs to be trained properly. Incorrect figures were given when I asked for the total including the pro-rata, credit of previous insurance and new installment. When I question the amounts, I receive an inadequate or no response.
