iMas finance refuses to cancel credit life insurance

I have 3 credit agreement with the above mentioned credit provider and they all have credit life insurance. On 13/06/2022 I requested all credit life insurances to be canceled and cover plus on all products due to the fact that I was dismissed, currently unemployed which will make it difficult to keep up with the premium. I referred them to part B of the initial contract signed that i'm not obligated to have CLI and I can cancel any time.

My request was declined, they requested a substitute before they may consider canceling CLI. According to NCR it's not compulsory to have credit life insurance on credit agreement.

Your assistance to this regard will be highly appreciated.
