Imas fiance Insurance

My experience with this insurance company has been frustrating and disappointing. I logged a claim and a week later I am still waiting for a quotation and a courtesy car. Everything I call them I am put on hold and they do not even call back even after one of their agents, promised to keep me updated.

When I called them, for an update of my car, they had no idea where my car was meanwhile they arranged the tow truck.

Imas is as competent as a government hospital in a deep rural village.
