Imas brockers false promises and lack of accountability

Hi I have a vehicle finance with Imas and took insurance brocker options as they said it would be advantageous to me. I got into an accident 1st December 2024 around 00:30 midnight in Butterworth EC while i was traveling to cape town meanwhile I reside in Cap Town. I called my brocker and insurace for road side assistance but received none. Insurance company Old Mutual group told me they can find my profile on the system. They will get back to during business I was in hospital till 6am with my 6yr old daughter. We had book accommodation waiting for insurance and Imas sort us out car hire to finish our journey but after 24hrs of waiting and calling without any solution or call backs. We arranged our own transport to East London and booked flights to return home to Cape Town. Once arriving in cape I had to chase the Imas to provide car for me. Took a month settle my claim. I was promised to be reimbursed for the accommodation and transport costs due to the failing to assist me when I was stranded in the middle of nowhere. I have no received my reimbur*****t till today. The amount of back and forth I get beween Imas and old mutual is unbelievable. Imas doesnt answer my email because Old Mutual agent Patrick says they are waiting for Imas to proceed as they are my brocker who must give them the go ahead to procced with reimbur*****t. Imas is silent on this matter till today.
