The rewards refund department of Imas finance with their department manager are useless. Stay on the line for 1hour 47 minutes at once and still didn't get answer on my request. Contact the department manager on his direct line and leave a message no reply. This come since the 30th of October 2025 on a refund off my refund money since 2013.
