Iemas useless
I submitted my tyre claim on 03/10/2022. When I did a follow up on Wednesday I was told that my claim was queued and it takes 24hrs which was already pass because Wednesday was already 36 hours. I called again 06/10/2022 and was told that I will be called back with feedback of the calim on 07/10/2022 which never happened.

12 Oct 2022, 12:07I really not happy with the service I'm getting from Wendy January. I only received a call from her only after I lodged a complain. She called me yesterday at 9am and promised to call me again to update me on my claim and she also said she will send me an email where I can reply with my bank details but she did none of both. Today I called again to request her to call me back as she was on tea break break but she hasn't call me. It's 8 days now since I submitted my claim for refund. I have never seen such a service before is I insured my cars from 2009 , I'm evening thinking of searching for another insurance
