Iemas robs disabled people and justifies it!

I have Iemas loans which went into arrears since i got into a difficult position. I am blind and rely on public transport and have 4 kids for whom i pay maintenance. My salary is less than R11000 per month and my expenses amount to more than R8k of that. I spoke to Iemas about an arrangement in October 2016. Subsequent to that an amount of R900 was deducted monthly from November which put a strain on my situation but it was still manageable. Now suddenly at end January with no warning an amount of R4000 was deducted. This puts me in a position where I am unable to afford my rent or maintenance for my childrens survival. I spoke to Iemas who requested that I fill in forms and submit to an ITC check which I did, they requested that i provide my last 3 payslips which reflect all the info as well as 6 months bank statements. I have submitted to all these requests and all i recieve in return is a phone call informing me that the R4000 will not be refunded and will continue to go off my salary on a monthly basis. I CANNOT AFFORD THIS! I WILL BE EVICTED AND BE FORCED TO LIVE ON THE STREETS AS WILL MY 4 CHILDREN. I will be contacting independent and times media with full disclosure by 31 January 2017. Added to this i will also be contacting the department of labour to inform them that more than 25% of my salary has been deducted without consent or warning. The legalities of this can be resolved by Iemas and my employer. Further to this I will be contacting the National credit regulator with all my evidence of affordability and the reckless lending and collection practices of iemas. I trust that this serves as sufficient notice of my intended action.
