Iemas Reserve Fund Payout.
Submitted all documents required for reserve fund payout on 16 January. No straight response from them. I believe I was a loyal customer at Iemas everything was always paid in full and on time while I was a member. How long must I still wait? Give me a date cos I am fed up hearing "Friday". C'mon guys this is not the service I am used to from Iemas. AND DONT SEND ME AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE!!
