Iemas Reserve Fund late payment

I quote from a response I received from Iemas 26 Feb 16 \As per my previous emails to you, these funds can take any from 2-3 months to pay out. There was a huge back log and they are currently busy with payments unfortunately I can't give you an exact date as to when it will be paid. \"<br> Are we as clients responsible for your backlogs?
