IEMAS MAKES THINGS DIFFICULT BY THEIR SLOW REFUND

I feel Iemas has made a tradition with not cancelling stop orders in time so they could deduct a premium for which you will have to apply for a refund. Their refund process absolutely pathetic and purposely delays giving people their money. The delay, it literally f...ks ups your months.

WHY CAN'T IEMAS CANCEL STOP ORDERS/ DEBIT ORDERS IN TIME TO AVOID ALL THIS BAD PUBLICITY. YOUR REPUTATION STINKS.
