Iemas & Liberty not good for you

I purchased a house and requested a pension back up loan for transfer assist. I made it clear that it was to pay the transferring attorneys and registration attorneys which Iemas understood clearly as they paid it directly to the attorneys. Upon taking this loan I also informed the consultant that I will need a home improvement loan and she told me what I qualify for all in all and didnt forsee any problem if I take the home improvement loan later on. Well the time has arrived for me to request this loan. I spoke to a different consultant and she checked everything on the system and told me that they will link the two loans and I will only pay one instalment then. After sending me all the documentation to complete and me running around to get stamped bank statements and stamped salary slips, etc. After submitting they tell me that I can only apply for one loan and cannot apply again although i qualify for way more than i requested the first time. Please Take note : that I was never informed of this by any consultant I spoke to and no paperwork ever send to me had this note in it that states that you can only apply for one loan. Where to from here??? IEMAS - YOU SUCK AND YOU CONSULTANTS ARE TOTALLY USELESS AND YOU GUYS JUST WASTE A PERSONS TIME AND PHONE CALLS. I WANT ANSWERS AS TO WHY I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THIS ALTHOUGH I MADE MY INTENTIONS CLEAR SO MANY TIMES. DO I GO TO A BANK NOW TO GET A LOAN AND DOWN IN DEBT???? I NEED ANSWERS AS I WANT MY HOME IMPROVEMENT LOAN AS THIS IS A TOTAL INCONVENIENCE. MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND ARE LIVING SEPARATELY UNTIL THE HOUSE RENOVATIONS ARE DONE - BUT NOW WE DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO DO IT BECAUSE IEMAS ARE NOT CLEAR WHEN YOU SPEAK TO THEM.
